Legal and Ethical constraints of my campaign
Legal- My campaign has not breached any legal issues, as there is no copyright involved in my product. For example, the image of the theatre used is copyright free along with modernising the logo of the theatre instead of using the original logo. I also had permission to use key details such as the name of the theatre which then I gave it my own personal font styles and brighter colours that follow the design of a professional advertising campaign, where it is located as those who are interested int the advertisement would like to know where the theatre is, what social media platforms we can be found on as well, such as the Facebook group that can clearly be seen in the adverts. My advertising campaigns also don't include any information on other members, which can help me avoid breaching discrimination, releasing personal details, or that person not giving permission to be included in the advertising campaign.
Ethical- For ethical constraints, my campaign does not mention or reference any religious groups or religious beliefs, that could potentially offend them or others that may not be apart of the religion but follow some beliefs.
