The mock up here is showing us what the poster could potentially look like during the final piece. However, the only thing missing is the contents that will be present on the poster. For example what will be shown is the information on the magazine that will attract an audience to look at the poster.
Potential improvements: More brighter colours, Bigger font, Examples of where the information could be.
Client communication 2
With the second version of the magazine, when I next see my client most likely every Wednesday I will gather up more feedback from them on what needs changing, or what needs adding. For the main cover image I plan on having an actual image of the stage to make it seem more legit. If I cant get an image of the theatre ill stick with the current one I have right now as it matches the colour theme I have going.
With the poster I have now added the Wombwell Operatic Theatre groups logo. The reason why i have done this is because the logo is used on any form of advertising and even the Facebook group. By doing this, it will make the poster recognizable to anyone who has been there before, or to a new audience who might be interested in becoming a member.
Potential Improvements- Blend the logo into the poster to keep the colour scheme the same for the poster. This will make the poster look more complete, with the logo not looking like a sticker. By doing this it will make the poster look more professional when looking at it.
The 8th version of the poster consists of of the official prices of the theatre instead of the first one I did which failed to include the full official price. This now allows everyone to see how much the prices are from a range of ages from under 14 to over 60.
